Gray Development Co Inc. was incorporated in March, 1989 enjoying success in Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family and Upper End Custom Homes throughout the Central Florida area. Our recent and current Commercial Projects include Retail Shopping Centers, Churches, Exterior Facçade/Interior Build-Out and Office Warehouse/Distribution Facilities. We offer Design-Build, Project Planning, Construction Management and Turnkey Construction Contract abilities to our customers. The success of Gray Development Co Inc. has been attributed to a dedication to producing quality construction with integrity and attention to detail throughout the building process.

Our Key Management Team includes:

William D (Bill) Gray is the President and Owner of Gray Development Co Inc. Bill grew up in Seminole County attending schools in Seminole County. He is a 1978 graduate of the prestigious University of Florida College of Architecture School of Building Construction. Prior to incorporating Gray Development Co Inc, Bill held Project Management and Engineering positions on a variety of Projects throughout the Eastern United States. These Projects include Commercial, Institutional, Multi-Family, Marine, and Industrial projects as large as $185 million.

Joshua S. Gray is the Vice President of Gray Development Co Inc in charge of Project Management and Estimating of the Projects. Joshua is a Native Floridian and has a degree in Building Construction and holds a State Certified General Contractor’s License (CG-C1515680).

Freddy W. Cordero is Office Manager/Accountant for Gray Development Co Inc. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting and is currently working on her MBA in Accounting/Human Resources.
